4 Steps to Start Your Job Hunting Journey in Taiwan

The New Southbound Job Bank makes it easy for you to find job opportunities in Taiwan. Follow these steps to get started using the platform!

Step 1: Register an account

Visit the New Southbound Job Bank homepage ( www.tnstw.com )
Click " Member Login/Register " in the upper right corner.
Select " Job Seeker Registration " (or "Student Registration")
Enter your email, password, name, and nationality.
Receive the verification email in your inbox and complete the email verification.

Completely free! Job seekers can use all the platform's features free of charge.

Step 2: Build your resume

After logging in, click " Resume Tools " in the navigation bar to start building your resume:

Basic Information	Name, date of birth, nationality, contact information	Make sure your email and phone number are correct.
Headshot	Upload a formal photo	A well-dressed, clean-background half-body photo
Education	School, Department, Graduation Year	Start filling in from your most recent degree.
Work experience	Company name, job title, work period, job duties	Describe the results with specific numbers.
Language ability	Proficiency in each language	This is your core strength; please fill it out completely.
Skills and Certifications	Professional skills, holding licenses	Prioritize listings related to the target job opening.

Step 3: Search for job openings

On the homepage, you can use various criteria to find suitable jobs in the search bar:

Keywords : Enter job title, company name, or skill
Job Category Classification : Select Industry Category
Work location : Select city or region
Employment types : Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contractual
Salary range : Set your expected salary.

You can also click on the "Popular Job Openings" tag on the homepage for a quick browse:

Remote work
Internship opportunities
White-collar job openings
Recent graduates

Step 4: Submit your application

Find a job opening that interests you and click to enter the details page.
View job description, salary, location, requirements, and other information.
Once you confirm you are a suitable candidate, click the " Apply " button.
The system will automatically populate your resume, and send it out after confirmation.

After submitting your application, you can track its status in the member center.
